The work is exhausting, messy and sometimes even frustrating, but we also get to see real, tangible changes before our very eyes. This is a great feeling! It’s worth celebrating, but I don’t know what else. The truth is, you may be the catalyst for change. It’s a good thing we all have a second chance to make a first impression.
